Why does my laptop only lock up online?

I have a Gateway 8708:17"/250gig hd/2 gig mem/Duo Centrino running XP Media and using an ATT 881 Air Card and ever since I bought this card my laptop has been locking up..ATT of course says it's the laptop and Gateway says it's the card. I've tried IE7 with Google and does okay. It hates Netscape and Firefox!!! Locks up every few minutes. Has to retype all of this cause it locked up before I could finish. DROOLING problem help!?

I put half a litre of diesel in my petrol car. Does it matter?

Hi, I was refuelling my car today and accidentally put half a litre of diesel in my tank before realizing it wasnt petrol. I know it was around half a litre as the nozzle wouldnt fit in properly and the diesel only ran into the tank slowly because of the flap. I drove the car home and it seemed fine. 96 Sportster XL1200 tail light problem?

After start upp, if I squeeze the front/rear brake the tail lights remain on. I have found out that once they become stuck on, if I just barely squeeze the front brake they shut off, and once released come back on. However, when I get on it and ride it, they shut off after about 10 or so minutes and function fine. Any ideas? Could it be the rectifier? Battery? Stator?

Ankle Callus-help?

On my ankles[not bottom of foot, but side] the outer part, has calluses. They are like brown bc they are like dead skin. Nothing seems to help. I watched Stephan King's, "The Green Mile" about three months ago and ever since, i can't sleep and it's been bugging me. What really scared me was when the guy who befriended the mouse got sent to the electric chair and the evil guy didn't wet the sponge so the guy kept getting electicuted and it smelled and omg.... it was horrible. And my favorite actor, Tom Hanks is haunting my dreams and now i think he's an evil person because he didn't protect all those people who were on death row. And the evil rapist guy who d those two girls and spit moon pie on the officer is in my nightmares and The Green Mile was so disturbing. Not like, "omg, so scary close my eyes ahh" but like, psycologically scary. It really messed with my mind and i'm going crazy over how much it bothers me and i can't stop thinking about the asian guys dead face where his eyeball was all messed up after he got electricuted (that's sounds funny,lol) and how the evil rapist squished the mouse. Sometimes air landed by aircraft, sometimes shipped via boat. Probably almost always shipped on a boat, those are pretty big vehicles. . . it would be more cost effective to use ships for those. Any branch could potentially be shipping your vehicles but more than likely a civilian contractor is doing it. What we did with ours was a month before we left to go to Iraq, we took our vehicles to the shipyard so customs could inspect them filled out all the required paperwork, tagged the vehicles with what looked like UPS shipping stickers (lol) then they took them and put them on a boat. Not sure if they put them in a container or not . . . didn't see them again for several months after we were already in country.

Would it work for speed limits to be "informational" only instead of forced on everyone?

I was in some country, don't remember which, and they simply had signs that said something like, "road suitable for speeds up to x km/h for cars" - something like that. Like, if you knew you were in a Porsche and knew perfectly well you could go 50 mph faster, then go for it. And, if you were in a tractor trailer or some kind of top heavy vehicle, then you would know to go slower. Another sign said something like "turn ahead unsuitable for vehicles with wheel base more than x meters" Not "NO TRUCKS" or whatever. What do you think? What should I do about NCO Financial Systems? ?

I got a letter from NCO Financial stating that they would accept a lump sum settlement of less than my original debt. It sounds like a good deal, but after reading all the negative stories about NCO, I don't know what to do about this. My original debt was with Chase Visa. They said they were going to turn it over to a collection agency, but I don't know if I trust sending hundreds of dollars to NCO (whenever I get the money). The letter also asks me to call them before I make the payment to make sure the settlement offer hasn't expired. I want to call them to see if they can tell me exactly when the offer will expire, but if I do that, they'll have my phone number and bug me 24/7 like they've done everyone else. I also considered calling the credit card company and asking them about it, but they called nonstop every hour when they had my old phone number. I don't want them to start that again. I want to pay off this debt as soon as possible, but how do I know if these are the people I'm supposed to pay?

I played guitars for months and months with the same problem. Then one day I was super glueing my sisters pencil to her ceiling (dont ask), and I got super glue on the tips of my index, middle, and ring finger. I automatically noticed it looked like a thicker layer of calluses. So I tried it out and boom I could hardly feel anything. Next thing you know I'm playing Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix with ease and NO finger pain. And the glue comes off easily with a knife.

This happened on the weekend and my court date was on that coming Monday. I had to spend the weekend away from my children and my family was upset seeing that I am a single parent. I found out later at court that my warrants had been recalled on Feb. 16, 2009 and that they didn't know why I had been picked up and they just asked that I be released. Mean while I was suspended from one job for a day or two and I had to use vacation time I had saved up for 2010 that was suppose to allow me to go to the beach. I was arrested nearly a year after the warrants had been recalled. Due to this error, my photo was posted in the slammer magazine were I was humiliated and ridiculed. I am a public servant in my town and work with several organizations as well as being up for promotion on one of my jobs. What can I do to recoup what I have lost if anything?

I would like to help you on this but I am no expert. I do feed, but my girls always gained weight consistently. Maybe there is a problem,not with your milk, but with the babies ability to gain weight. I know a mother who had a similar problem and her son was diagnosed with Chrones disease. I am not saying that is the problem with your baby, but if you are really concerned have them do some test before you switch to formula. If he isnt losing weight I dont understand the big deal. tie her to a tree. sounds like her only problem is she is spoiled. shes acting up because she knows she can get away with it then not have to do any hard work. ride her hard for about 20 minutes, bending and making her pay attention to her. tie her in a stall, or to a tree for a while, then get back on her. if she acts up again do the same thing, just switch up where you put her. if she starts throwing her head around get off and tie her head to he saddle so she is only fighting herself, and not you. make sure she knows YOU are boss. another thing you can do is only lope her a little. jog, or do something else so she is paying attention to you then randomly lope off again. the more she expects it the more of a chance she has to think a rebellion.

Unfortunately, your Ampharos seems like it's not fast enough to go first, and not durable enough to take more than a hit or two. If you're trying to raise an individual stat that your Pokemon excels in, you should give them the proper medicine (protein, calcium, etc) and also equip them with the appropriate item for leveling (Power Bracer for ATK, Power Lens for Sp. ATK). You can also try equiping a Pokemon with the Macho brace and then fight whichever Pokemon corresponds with the stat you are trying to level up (rock Pokemon for DEF, fighting for ATK). Using these tricks, try to aim to get the stat you are aiming for as close to 200 as possible by lvll. 50 (my lvl. 50 Gallade has an ATK of 186). That will give you a goal to work towards. I would also replace Ampharos with Raichu and breed it to learn Volt Tackle. All in all though, good team. I like it. The rest of your Pokemon seem good

As an independent woman....I take full responsibility for my own mistakes......if I try something and I fail.....I don't look for my parents to bail me out. We all make mistakes because we are human but when we mess up we have to suffer our own consequences. The problem that I see with a lot of young people and their parents is that a lot of young people want to be grown when it is convenient for them. If you want your mom to respect you and you want to live your life your way......then you are going to have to move out and be grown and take care of yourself completely without depending on your mom in any kind of way. Try calling the Chamber of Commerce and/or call City Hall for help in finding out what you need to do, or if you live in an unincorporated county area, call the county government office for help in finding out what's their licensing process and how do you find out what kitchen equipment will meet code requirements. I have had anorexia and bulimia since October and I binge ate the past two days. How long will it take my stomach to flatten back out. I am drinking a lot of liquids and I took laxatives to help my body rid itself of excess but how long before my stomach will empty and flatten. I know this is a bad thing and I am currently in treatment for the eating disorders but I cannot deal with being bloated it makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. any tips on flattening it back out quickly? I also use diuretics but I take those after my stomach is empty. Please help me out here....and how long will it take for laxatives to work on a full stomach.

I went to a new opto in November to get my annual exam and Acuvue 2 perscription. After waiting two months for the trial pair, becuase my pers. changed I was given Acuvue Oaysis, without and pre- knowledge. I had a bad reaction and had to remove them after 3 days. I told the doctor my eye was red and i took them out and she told me to come in. I was then charged for another eye exam. I asked for my Acuvue perp. and told by the receptionist it was being ordered. Today, a month later, she doctoe called to tell me my trial of Acuvue Advance was ready and to come in for a consult. I told her I would not try them and I wanted Acuvue 2's , which is what I have worn for 10 years. She said she will not order those and its take the new ones or thats it. My insurance was only good for 1 exam and that was for 2008 so I cant go anywhere else. If I go for the new trial and have another bad reaction i will charged again, which she said when asked, and then I am no better off just out more $. Is there any law or code in PA that states she has to order my contacts? Is she allowed to just say no even though she accepted my copay for the exam?

I have PCOS and was late by a week this month. I tested using AimStick and it instantly came back positive even before the control line was able to show up. Instantly I took another test that was given to me by my friend who works in a doctor's office. I only had a few drops of urine to give but it also gave a positive reading. Both tests were faint lines but even my friend read it (she is a nurse) and she said it was positive! I was elated because we have been trying for over a year! Today (3 days later), I took another test given to me by my friend from her work, and it came back negative. All of these tests were taken in the morning to get the highest concentration. What are the chances of getting 2 positive HPT and then 1 negative HPT and it actually be negative? My docotor is taking his time getting back to me as I await a blood test. I will be crushed if it ends up not being real because I have been thinking nothing but babies the last few days. Your advice would be great!
