Why is it that Essendon can't win on Sundays?

I still rate the bombers very highly, the amount of talent they have on their list is just so great. They have some great young guns coming through, and great older/senior mentors. I cant understand why they arent winning because most of the games they have lost have not been by a big margin, it might not be this year but in the coming years they will be a force.
