I put half a litre of diesel in my petrol car. Does it matter?

Hi, I was refuelling my car today and accidentally put half a litre of diesel in my tank before realizing it wasnt petrol. I know it was around half a litre as the nozzle wouldnt fit in properly and the diesel only ran into the tank slowly because of the flap. I drove the car home and it seemed fine. I have a can of petrol here, should I put that in the tank to sort of mix it in??? Please help thanks
