Black men: How does it feel to be feared and distrusted by all?

Having worked around a lot of blacks, I suppose I have a different perspective. I would speculate that with every 1,000 contacts I have had with black men and women, one or two may have been of a confrontational nature. On the other hand, today I took my grandson to the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas. I noticed very few blacks, even less Hispanics, and I also noticed that I kept my hand close to my wallet. Recently, I answered a question on YA regarding respect by saying the following; I respect all people until I have a reason not to and I expect the same of in return. Very rarely am I disappointed. I'm not saying not to keep your guard up when cirstances indicate it may be appropriate. I'm simply saying that your fear, for the most part, is unjustified. In conclusion, give a black man a chance and almost without fail, he'll give you one. We ALL want to be treated fairly.
