People who have gone to planned parenthood?

so i am wanting to get on birth control but im not allowed to. so i was thinking about going to planned parenthood to qualify for free birth control. i dont have a job or anything. i just need to know what all happens. do they give you any type of physical? and what kind of things do you hafta put on the paperwork? i know you godda have your address but i dont want them to have it because i dont want anything sent to me. could i just give them my friends address ? and how often would i hafta go there. thanks (:
