"How to "un"winterize Keystone Laredo 2003."?***!10 Points***!?

I recently winterized my Keystone Laredo travel recreational vehicle. It is a 2003 28+4BH. It is not a fifth wheeler. The hot water is not coming on. What do I do???? Is there any specific on to press?
