What should I do If my Bonsai Is dry, thus resulting it's foliage To be quote "Pinchy"?

Over Spring Break(the 16 to the 23) i Purchased a Juniper nana Bonsai, When Purchasing the Plant it's Foliage Was Quite healthy and Green and As of now The foliage seems Dry , thus resulting in it's Pinchy attribute. However the Plant is Still alive and is Currently Taking water. Anways , I Just simply want to Know what actions i can perform to Ensure that it'd Foliage returns to it's Normal state. Please Provide several Answers If possible because of the fact That i am a beginer Bonsai Enthuast and i would Much Apperciate it to asorb all the information i may need to continue this hobby.
