Can implantation bleedin occur twice?

hello....im totally tensed....me n ma bf had ....we normally dont hav complate but last time he just pushed it in only for seconds....after exactly 35 hrs r 36 hrs(1n half day) i had a discharge i.e brown colour it came fr 2 days n stopped again after 6 days it came again this time only for 1 day after 1 week it came again :( :( this time for 1 day......am i preg plsss tell me :( :( n does implantation bleedin occur in 1 n half day after having ??
