Theodore Roosevelt 1907 statement about immegration?

Eisenhower's "Military Industrial Complex" is cited as brilliant presidential thought. It has, however, been proven completely and irrefutably false by Reagan's militarization of America in the 80's. I mention this because I learned a very valuable lesson from Eisenhower's thoughts. President's are often wrong. That being said, Roosevelt's words ring as profound and true 100 years later as the day they were penned. To that I say, "Bully".
