Are lending investors subject to 12% value added tax?

We are a lending company registered under the Lending Company Act of 2007 with an annual gross receipts of more than P5 million derived from interests on loans granted. The term lending company is synonymous to lending investor as stated in the said law. Is our company subject to value added tax?
