I have made numerous complaints against the police and written to the IPCC where do I go to now?

I have made numerous complaints and written to the police and the IPCC and have still had no response I have also written to manchester Council Coroner meadows explaining what has happened and naming the police involved (the complaint may include complicity after the fact of murder and I still have the evidence) where do i go now?
