uming all goes well for America in 2012 what's the earliest Republicans can undo 0bama's damage?

I know that Paul is popular with many conservatives, but he has NO chance against Obama. In an ideal world I would like to see a wonderful black man such as Herman Cain as president. He has done it all on the business front and truly understands economics unlike these idiots in the current administration. Unfortunately (as of now), he is a no name and would be trashed unmerciful as an "Uncle Tom." I think that Mitch Daniels of Indiana, Tim Pawlenty of MN. or possibly Mitt Romney stand a much better chance. Time? Drill for oil HERE, start building more nuke plants, lower the corporate tax rate, lower the capital gains tax and you will see an economic boom in this country which has not been seen since post WW!! days. That would easily take care care of the deficit, IF....... spending is controlled!!!! I would make book on it.
