What to do I do to get my mother mental help?

Verbal abuse is just as bad as physical abuse, either way, ur being abused and u dont deserve that. U seem like a smart young lady and ur mother can get help. Im pretty sure u can call annonymus to a hospital and get advice from and advice nurse, or call a mental hospital directly in ur area and tell them ur concern. Im sorry ur going thru this sweety, stay strong.
