The doctor said he might not make it?

My younger brother cade was diagnosed with cancer and has been fightin really hard but the doctors said he has a larger chance of not making it now. He has tried so hard and it seems like he just wants to stop fighting. I dont want him to die. How can i help him get through this? He is only 10
