Only IB standard levels can i go into amherst college?

Im an international student going to apply to amherst college. If i take only IB standard level cles but i am in the varsity swimming, soccer, and basket ball teams. I am in the Royal thai army ROTC at the age of 15 and i was the commander of my squadron. I speak thai, english, and mandarin. My dad is a well known alumni in amherst college and my gpa is around 3.5 and my sat scores is 2100 can i get in to amherst college.
